Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you and your child to love your My Sleep Wize products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to Start a Return

Visit your account and open Start a Return, or email us at support@mysleepwize.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, used weighted vests, eye masks, and similar personal items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@mysleepwize.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping.

Need a different size or weight? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
