We want every SleepWize purchase to feel right. If something isn't working, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds & exchanges
Pick refund (back to original payment) or exchange (different size or color).
Customer-paid return shipping
You ship it back at your cost. We'll email the return address once approved.
1 business day reply
We review every request within one business day and email you with next steps.
Returnable
- • Weighted blankets (unwashed, original packaging)
- • Weighted vests (unworn, tags attached)
- • Weighted eye masks (unused)
- • ID badges & lanyards
- • Pet wellness items (unused)
Final sale
- • T-shirts and apparel
- • Kids' dresses
- • Women's dresses
- • Any item past the 30-day window
- • Items damaged after delivery
If your apparel arrived defective or wrong, contact us — we'll make it right.
How it works

Use the form to tell us your order, the items, and whether you want a refund or exchange.

Wait for approval (1 business day)
We'll email you with the return address and any documentation needed.

Ship it back
Pack the items in their original packaging when possible. Use any tracked carrier.

Get refunded or your exchange
Refunds hit your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. Exchanges ship as soon as we have your return.
