2. Products
My Sleep Wize sells weighted blankets, vests, and sensory products designed primarily for children with autism and sensory processing needs. Product descriptions, weights, and sizing are provided in good faith. Always consult an occupational therapist before use if you have concerns.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Safety & Use
Weighted products should never be used on infants or children unable to remove the product themselves. Follow the 10% body-weight guideline. My Sleep Wize is not liable for misuse of our products.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of My Sleep Wize and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
My Sleep Wize is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
